TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • From 1st March, all members will need to raise a query within 3 months of the original date. If a query is older than 3 months this will automatically be declined
  • Cashback is for new contracts only. Upgrades and renewals are not eligible
  • Where Vodafone are offering discounted tariff costs, cashback is based on the final tariff price after discount, not the original tariff cost
  • Cashback is not paid on free SIM, Accessories, Buyback, 12 & 18 month iPhone 4S contracts or Mobile Broadband unless specifically stated on the cashback rates list
  • No cashback will be paid on iPad 2 data plans
  • SIM Only SIM cards will not work in iPhone 4 or 4S handsets. Ensure you select Micro SIM Only SIM cards for iPhone 4 or 4S handset
  • Pre-order cashback will only be confirmed once your handset has been dispatched
  • All orders can take up to 48 hours to track in to your account and can take approximately 1 month to confirm from date of purchase (i.e. confirm if a valid order and not returned/cancelled). Cashback will be paid within a month from this point, so is paid within 3 months from connection. The only exception is 30-day rolling SIM Only contracts which have a 3-month confirmation period and can take up to 5 months for payment
  • Cannot use a voucher code along with cashback unless specified
  • Any purchases made for a business contract will only be eligible for the cashback rates shown under Vodafone Business
  • Vodafone purchases will track into your cashback account at a base rate. Once your purchase has become confirmed by Vodafone the remaining cashback amount will then reflect into your account within 30 full days

  • Where does this cashback come from?

    When you visit any of our partner retailers via us and make a purchase, the retailer pays us a commission. We pass this to you as cashback, giving you an additional discount on a purchase you were going to make anyway. Simple!

  • How do I earn cashback?

    Sign-in and click on the "Visit retailer & get cashback" button above. You will be re-directed to the retailer's site where you shop as normal. Within 4-72 hours, the retailer notifies us of your transaction and we send you an email confirming your cashback.

  • How long does it take for me to get paid?

    Within 4-72 hours of your purchase, you get an email from us about your 'Pending' cashback. Once the return/cancellation period of your purchase is over, retailer pays us in the next monthly payment cycle. This could take between 4-12 weeks depending on the retailer and type of purchase. As soon as retailer pays us, your cashback becomes 'Confirmed' and can be paid to you.

  • How does my cashback get paid?

    When you have £30 Confirmed cashback, you can request payment via bank transfer or Paypal. This £30 limit is only for the first payment, subsequent payments can be as little as £1
